John was born and raised in the Central Florida area.  After graduating from Winter Park High School in Winter Park, FL John attended Georgia State University on a baseball scholarship.  He graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Sports Administration.  John moved to the Auburn area in 2010 with his beautiful wife Meredith.  John and Meredith have one daughter Carolina.  On the weekends John enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and three dogs in the great outdoors.
